To have your account reset due to forgotten password or need to change, please follow the instructions below.  Incomplete information submitted may delay this process.
1. Clicking the administrator link below will open your default email program "new" mail. 
2. Complete email with the following information (This information must match the original information you provided when registering on the site).
a. Last name
b. First name
c. Middle Initial
d. User Name
e. Contact Phone Number (number you can be reached at for resetting verification; if needed)
3. Once you have submitted the email, your account will be deleted from the users database. The administrator will email you indicating that you may initiate a new account.
4. When you have initiated the new account; you will receive a auto reply email of account activation. The site administrator will then grant access rights to your new account and an email forwarded to your address on record of intranet access.
All previous privileges will be inherited to your new account.  Contact the site administrator with details if they are not.
